Enjoy home from home comfort at our Provencal mansion providing 2 self-contained well appointed one-room studio apartments of 30 m2, each of which suits up to 3 adults (or 2 adults and 1 child). They are carefully decorated and feature folksy teak wood furniture, exposed wooden ceiling beams, terracotta tiled floors and pastel-coloured walls. Each studio has a combined living and rest area including double bed, sofa bed, dresser, separate sitting area, private bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet) and fully fitted kitchenette. Situated on the upper floor (next to our B&B guest rooms), the studio apartments enjoy great views of the sylvan environs.
Additional guest comforts and shared facilities include a swimming pool* (8 x 4 m) with sunbeds set in a beautiful extensive garden, a wellness zone with whirlpool and massage service, a spacious sun terrace for taking your meals or relax, a hall with a cosy fire place and a guest lounge* with HD-TV set, DVD player, computer, library and minibar. Free wireless Internet access is available in all rooms.
Accommodation prices are inclusive of high-quality cotton bedding (beds will be made up for your arrival), towels, water and electricity costs, Internet/Wifi, Satellite-TV (in the lounge)*, use of pool and sunbeds*, onsite car parking close to the house, as well as all taxes. An additional end-of-stay cleaning fee of 35 € and a refundable damage deposit of 200 € apply on stays of 4 nights and more. Winter bookings incur also a 5 € heating surcharge per day. During peak season (June 1 to Sept 15) we require weekly reservations starting on Saturday, off season shorter periods (minimum 3 nights) with flexible start and end dates are welcome.
Our village Bras is a quaint little town, ancient Commandery of the Knights Templar, nestling amongst lovely landscapes of vines and olive groves, rolling hills, small mountains and hidden valleys covered with abundant vegetation and crisscrossed by purling brooks. An Eldorado for all lovers of unspoilt nature and authenticity. Our area offers many scenic spots for walking and hiking as well as biking, climbing, horse riding, canoeing, boating, paragliding, tennis, golf, fishing and many more... And thanks to our central situation in the heart of Provence - the Verdon Gorges and the Mediterranean beaches are only 65 km away - we make the perfect base from which to tour the South of France.
The studio-apartments are classified 3 star by the French Tourist Authorities and our guest house is TripAdvisor/ Google top-rated.

What to know before you book:
• We are a guest house not a holiday villa available for rent as a whole - all our lodgings are let individually.
• The studio apartments are upstairs making them unsuitable for physically disabled travellers.
• Certain amenities (TV, DVD, library and minibar) are not part of the studio's equipment but provided for shared use in the guest lounge, which, however, is closed during the winter season (November-April) when it is used to overwinter our non-hardy terrace plants.
• All studios have a double bed of 140 cm x 200 cm.
• We aim to offer a relaxed and peaceful place and therefore accept only children over the age of 12.
• Our guest house is nestling on a hilltop amidst sylvan surroundings about 1 km outside the village. The property is approached via a single-lane tarred road followed by a short rough track of 300 m which has a few potholes and feels a bit bumpy, but any regular car that is not low slung can make it without problems.
• Regarding Covid-19: you may rest assured that the health, well-being and safety of our guests is our highest priority. We have reinforced safety precautions and implemented increased cleaning and disinfection measures in accordance with requirements from national and local authorities.
