Our spacious rooms feature comfortable furnishings and intimate spaces for relaxation. A deck with plenty of seating, stunning mountain views and breathtaking sunsets provide the perfect haven to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby trails. This mountain lodge sleeps 8. It features a bright and open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. There are four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a work area with hi speed internet. The master bedroom, en suite, second bedroom and a second full bathroom are located on the second floor. There are two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry on the first floor.

Fire Safety Policy
No firearms, fireworks or fires in the home or on the premises at any time. The wood burning stove is not available for use. Wood or charcoal fires are not allowed anywhere on the property due to Clear Creek County local fire regulations.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises – this includes both indoors and outdoors due to the high-risk of forest fires.
Community Disturbance Policy
This secluded mountain lodge sits in a quiet residential neighborhood and is not suitable for parties, loud assemblies or events. Please keep outdoor noise levels to a minimum and kindly be mindful of noise during quiet hours between 9 PM to 8 AM.

Parties and events are prohibited, regardless of size.
Guests should not participate in film or photography for commercial use or profit without documented permission from the host.

There are four bedrooms and four total beds with black out curtains and shades. Three queen beds and one full bed. Extra blankets and pillows stored in closets.
