Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a double bed and a view that stretches across Eagle Lake—an inspiring scene to wake up to. The second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be joined to make a king, and a charming built-in nook bed, fun for the oldest children in the family! The third room includes a twin trundle, ideal for kids or extra guests. The full four-piece bath upstairs makes family stays a breeze, especially with young ones.
Head downstairs to the walkout lower level, and you’ll discover a desk set perfectly in front of a picture window—an ideal workspace for those seeking a “work-from-cottage” retreat. The unlimited wifi makes this an easy location to work remotely. There’s also a handy two-piece powder room for convenience. Outside, your adventure continues down approximately 80 forested steps to the waterfront, where the lake awaits. Waterfront This cottage boasts an impressive 395’ of waterfront on Eagle Lake. Early in the season, higher water levels offer access down stone steps into about 4 feet of clear, swimmable water. By late season, water levels on the lake drop, revealing more shallow entry. The lake bottom is a mix of rock and silt, with very clear water and few to no weeds—great for swimming.
Sun Exposure Full sun until approximately 3:00 pm, with sunrise views
Boating Water depth off the dock varies from 3’ deep late in the summer to 8’ deep in early summer. Boats can typically be accommodated up to Labour Day, but generally it’s too shallow for boats to be docked in September and October.
