While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy! We also have various board games for use.

Checkout is at 10 am. Looking for more time? IF available the late checkout fee is $25/hour.
Early check-in IF available is also $25 perhourneeded.
Any unauthorized late checkout will incur a late checkout fee of $100 for the first hour and $100 for each hourthereafter.
Please do not attempt to break in or tamper with our owners closet which is located in the kitchen. There will be $250 fee assessed if the owner's closet is damaged in any way.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we have a doorbell camera at the front door and also have a camera outside above the garage.
