The property is located in the highest part of the Cala Rossa Residence, a typical Sardinian-style tourist village consisting of 400 apartments in "li Canneddi" in the municipality of Trinità d'Agultu e Vignola, in the north-west of Sardinia, just a few minutes from Red Island.
The residence is surrounded by pristine Mediterranean scrub that helps create an oasis of peace and relaxation and overlooks the beautiful Sardinian sea.
At 850 meters, crossing the shady pine forest, along a path where there is a kiosk bar that animates the summer evenings, you arrive directly at an equipped beach in the splendid setting of Cala Li Canneddi, another jewel that is part of the wonderful Costa Rossa.
