The Space:
This 5-bedroom townhome is located in a private community within a 10-minute walk to Canova and Millenium Beach Parks and near plenty of shops, bars & restaurants. It features high-end furnishings, a new interior, and a bright and airy aesthetic. There is great Wi-Fi, strong A/C, a full washer & dryer, and is right next to the community pool.
Living Spaces
The open-concept living room features a large, comfortable couch, extra seating, and an HDTV. The living room opens out to the private back patio which has additional seating.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything you need to try a new recipe during your stay. There is plenty of fridge and countertop space, a microwave, an electric burner and oven, a coffee maker, and a large island bar ideal for prepping food or setting out beverages for the day.
The kitchen and dining area are connected to the living room, allowing you to cook while socializing with your friends. The dining room table easily accommodates six people
The kitchen, dining, and living areas downstairs are serviced by a bathroom in the main hallway.
Bedrooms & Baths
Guests have their choice between a primary suite bedroom on the first floor and four bedrooms upstairs. Each of the rooms is decorated with a modern style and features high-end furnishings and wide-screen TVs.
The primary suite on the first floor features a king-sized bed with sofa seating and a private ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. A walk-in closet and full washer and dryer setup add additional comfort and convenience. The Master suite also features access to a screened in Lanai as well as the main back patio.
Upstairs features a "Family Suite" bedroom with a Queen and two twin bed set-up, shared bathroom and private patio. There is a third bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a fourth bedroom with queen bed and a sleeper sofa.
Outdoor Amenities
On lovely days, and especially on warm, breezy evenings, the rear patio is a fantastic place to spend time. It has a privacy fence an is great for reading, or even working remotely while getting some sun. Guests have access to the community pool across the street and are close to the best of Indian Harbor's outdoor offerings.

The Neighborhood:
Indian Harbour Beach is a small residential beachfront town on a barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. Its modest size makes it ideal for riding bikes to the ocean or the river, strolling through its four separate coastal community parks, and taking in the colorful sunsets and cooling ocean wind.
There are great restaurants in the area as well as an abundance of supermarkets and retailers. Long Doggers serves up casual fare in an outdoor beach-themed eatery and Squid Lips has great seafood options.
