Security deposits will be charged for excessive cleaning and for any furniture that needs to be moved back its original position.
Lost keys -Keys will be picked up at the on-site office and returned there upon departure. Loss of any keys to the East Building units will result in a minimum $156.00 per key deduction from your security deposit.
