This riverfront charmer is made up of two separate retreats; a two-bedroom home and a one-bedroom home. When you enter the two-bedroom home, you will discover an inviting open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Prepare exquisite homemade meals in the well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a full-size fridge, an air fryer, a hot plate (camping-style single burner), a coffee maker, and a microwave. When mealtime is over, retreat to the sunny living room for an entertaining evening streaming your favorite movies and shows on the smart TV. From the living room, you will have easy access to the outdoor dining area featuring a table, four chairs, an umbrella, and a gas grill. This home also boasts a covered patio with seating and two swings that are shared with the other retreat.
The one-bedroom retreat enjoys a cozy, open-concept living area where you can snuggle up on the sofa to stream your favorite movies or break out the board games at the dining table. A well-appointed kitchenette boasts sleek cabinetry, modern appliances (with fun pops of color!), and everything you need to create delicious home-cooked meals. An on-site shared washer/dryer is available for those extra sandy days and rounds out the list of this home’s stellar perks.
