This peaceful, polished apartment sits over the garage on a piece of property that's shared with a main home. It boasts easy access to Route 26, Norway Lake (eight miles), Oxford Casino (14 miles), Sunday River Resort (25 miles), and beautiful Grafton Notch State Park (35 miles).
Newly constructed in 2021, the apartment is full of the comforts of home. Wood-paneled walls, windows framing the treetops, and a cozy electric fireplace bring warmth and atmosphere into the space. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an eat-in dining table for homemade dinners and board games afterward, and a living room where you can stream movies late into the evenings.
