You are approximately four miles away from the city limit and within a short drive of fantastic local attractions, including Kerrville-Schreiner Park, Flat Rock Park, Riverhill Country Club, Cailloux Theater, Kerr Arts & Cultural Center, Louise Hays Park, The Coming King Sculpture Prayer Gardens, and Singing Water Vineyards.
When it comes to outdoor living, this family-friendly home away from home boasts an extensive back patio that leads you to the pool area. Sleeping arrangements on the first floor include the primary suite and a second bedroom. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
