Baldy View Retreat is a three-story, luxury vacation rental that is the perfect place for experiencing the very best that Sun Valley has to offer. This unique home offers the much coveted and quintessential view of Bald Mountain from both the large, south-facing deck off the great room as well as the private balcony off the top-floor suite. Prepare meals in your well-equipped, full kitchen, entertain indoors with the help of the wet bar, and dine outdoors on your furnished patio. Additional features include original art gathered from all corners of the globe, beautiful cathedral ceilings, eight-foot interior doors, and splashes of colored light reflected through stained glass throughout. Head into the game room where you'll find a sitting area, office space, and a variety of games, books, and DVDs. While a desk and chair, tucked away behind the kitchen, is a great place to set up your laptop for remote work or schooling.
When it's time to call it a night, each of the five bedrooms is themed and adorned with luxuries not easy found away from home. Stay in the Baldy view room to wake to the best views of Sun Valley. Stay in the Garuda Room and rejuvenate in the luxurious Jacuzzi tub. The Wild West room and the Bunkhouse room are attached and perfect for siblings or parents with children. The Garuda Room, Wild West Room, and Bunkhouse Room all have private doors leading out to the northeast deck that welcomes sunrise views, as well as the White Cloud Trails with 360-degree views of the Valley.

Parking notes: There are 2 parking spaces available in the driveway. No cars can be parked on the street or the HOA will call the police for ticketing and/or towing. Observe the no parking signs and reserved/disabled parking spaces. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small. There may be parking available at the River Run parking lot on 3rd Ave. in Ketchum, but it is not supervised and guests park at their own risk.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
