There is nothing like a tranquil getaway to Miramar Beach to truly disconnect from daily life and forget about everything else. This snowbird-friendly home boasts an unbeatable location within walking distance of the private gated beach and the community pool and is close to restaurants, shopping, convenience stores, supermarkets, and fantastic attractions, including Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Emerald Bay Golf Club, Henderson Beach State Park, Timberview Destin Helicopters, The Track - Destin, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, Xtreme H20, and Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park.
This splendid home away from home offers a bright open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Enjoy a well-appointed living area, furnished with comfortable sofas and a convenient gas fireplace should you visit us during the winter months. Curl up by the warmth of the fireplace as you watch a favorite show on the TV, or surprise your loved ones with delicious homemade meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Outside, you will discover a private enclosed backyard with a nice paved patio where you can lounge and chill with your friends. The main suite enjoys a spacious en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and a shower.
