Lovingly maintained by a dedicated caretaker, this classic Maine family summer house is comfortable, functional, and quite charming. The ocean is right across the street and beaches are only a short drive away, giving you unparalleled access to the sand and the surf.
On the first floor, you'll find a large kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and an observation room at the front of the house where you can watch the waves crashing, the lobster boats hauling traps, and the sailboats gliding by.
