This beautiful updated home sits on a canal in the heart of Punta Gorda, conveniently close to parks and beaches. Inside, discover a sunlit, open space with a vaulted ceiling, accordion-glass doors that open up to the pool area, and all new furnishings, including leather sofas and a big-screen TV. The well-equipped, full kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances, new barstools, and a new dining table for six. The main suite features a king memory-foam bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom. Two of the other bedrooms have new queen memory foam mattresses, and the fourth bedroom has a large bunk bed with two new full mattresses and a twin trundle pull out.
Outside, the fun really begins in your spacious lanai, which comes complete with a sparkling, heated pool and all-new outdoor furniture, including loungers and Adirondack chairs, an outdoor dining area, and a great gathering area that includes seating for seven, a gas fire pit, and a TV. A retro fridge and a new Traeger electric smoker grill make cooking easy. More perks of the home include multiple board games, cards, eight bikes, two kayaks, a corn hole game, and bocce ball. The house is just minutes from Fishermen's Village, the beach and downtown, and just a few miles from PicklePlex if you enjoy pickle ball.
