This spectacular Waterfront Home is Brand New and breathtaking! Tucked on the water’s edge in Captain’s Cove Golf and Yacht Club, we promise you - you may never want to leave! One of the best kept secrets on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, Captain’s Cove sits directly on the Chincoteague Bay, just 25 short minutes by car or boat to Chincoteague and Assateague Islands, where our wild ponies roam free. Looking for some OC excitement? Ocean City, MD is a short 45 minute drive away. Here, life takes a slower pace - sipping wine as you watch the sun sink into the Chincoteague Bay, or the joy you feel watching the kids catch Crabs off the dock. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed (Murphy Bed coming soon), and doubles as extra Living Space/Den with Flat Screen Streaming TV, and access to the Waterfront Deck. Down the Hall, Bedroom 3 has 2 Twins and is dressed in beachy blues and whites. Bedroom 4 sleeps 3 with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full). Bedroom 5 is a 2nd Master Bedroom, and is amazing! Drift off to sleep in a luxurious King Bed, or slip out to your Private Screened Porch, beautifully furnished with even a Fire Table! The Private Master Bath has a Double Vanity and Walk-in Shower. Both the Masters and the Twin Bedroom are equipped with Black Out Shades to ensure a good night’s rest, as well.
Now - the veritable Waterfront Wonderland that awaits you at Dock Holiday…..Fishing, Crabbing, Clamming, and more! Catch Crabs right in your own backyard, or take the Boat to one of our local sandbars! Captain’s Cove is loaded with amenities - a Golf Course, Indoor Pool, 2 Outdoor Pools - 1 Bayfront with Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, Playground, Restaurant, Golf, 24 Hour Security, and Snack Bar. Guests may purchase Amenity Passes for the pools by the day or the week at a minimal fee ($15/pp per day or $75/pp per week).
Captain's Cove does not allow arrivals or departures on Sundays. Pool/Amenity closures possible and Amenities cannot be guaranteed. Please check with our office for current status.
