The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator and a parking space in the underground garage. It was designed to provide comfort for four people. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, TV and dining area, one independent bedroom and a bathroom. A fold-out sofa in the living room will provide a comfortable place to sleep for two people. The kitchen area is equipped with all the necessary devices and appliances, including with dishwasher and coffee maker. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and the bathroom includes, among others, toilet and shower as well as washer / dryer.
An additional seating space is guaranteed by a balcony. Motorized guests will surely appreciate the possibility of leaving the vehicle under the roof in the underground garage. On hot days, the air conditioning system will bring relief. The apartment offers satellite TV and high-speed wireless internet WIFI.
