We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Divonne-les-Bains, this charming flat at less than 8 minutes on foot of the lake of Divonne, close to the international organization, of a surface of 86 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful and spacious bedrooms (2 of which have a view on the hill and the castle of Divonne and the 3rd on the casino), a bathroom as well as two balconies. Wifi (optical fibre), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A double living room of 27 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen, refurbished in 2022, with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... It gives access to a small balcony from where you can enjoy the view of the Jura.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A first balcony not overlooked of about 4.5m² with a relaxation area accessible from the double living room benefiting from a view on the Casino.
- A second balcony of about 2m² accessible from the kitchen with a view of the hill and the old castle of Divonne.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, fan, iron and ironing board.
The flat is ideally located in the hyper centre of Divonne-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment close to the International Organisations. You will benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants (Charlie club at 1 minute walk), bars, market (every Sunday at 1 minute walk)... Its proximity to Geneva airport and the international organisations makes it a particularly interesting location, surrounded by unspoilt nature. Divonne is a gateway town between the Grand Genevois, the canton of Vaud and the Jura. The lake of Divonne attracts many nature lovers and walkers in winter and summer. The view of Mont Blanc is exceptional in all seasons.
