Special touches, like Disney-themed cups and plates for children, a large Disneyland map in the living room, and toys placed throughout the house give this home a magical feel. The upstairs family room includes a Nintendo Switch, a soundbar, Disney themed board games and books, and a USB charging station. There is also access to a Disney Plus account for a day of Disney fun the whole family can enjoy.

We are conveniently located in the St. George area, with many restaurants, golf courses, spas, museums, theaters, and shopping centers nearby. The nearby state parks include Sand Hollow State Park, Quail Creek State Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and Gunlock State Park. Conveniently located off a major road, we are the gateway to multiple national parks. While here, visit Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, and the Grand Canyon National Park.

Summary: This appears to be a fairly new development of vacation homes. What's great is that its built for this, however it is a bit odd to be there with no one else around. The directions were great, the home was perfectly clean, and it was mostly exactly as described. I'd have three recommendations to make it perfect:1) this is one of those places that immediately after you book, you have to sign yet another contract with additional terms. I find those common with professional management companies, but even hotels can get by without them, so I do find it annoying. VRBO has all sorts of protections, why are more needed?2) This is a dog friendly unit, and it says no dogs on the furniture which is totally fine. But when we arrived, it also said no dogs upstairs. Now the upstairs has excellent tile flooring just like the down stairs, so this seems to be a needless restriction and is misleading. If its dog friendly, it should be dog friendly.3) We're coffee drinkers, and the home is listed as up to 10. For this price point, I do expect the home to have very very basic cooking staples (basically just olive oil, which was missing), and some coffee. There was a new keurig machine, but only 3 K-Cups. Again, not a deal breaker, but I think they should either provide more K-Cups, or have a pot with some ground coffee. It just seemed cheap to only provide 3 when it sleeps 10.
