Access to the large MOULIN DE MINARD gîte is via a staircase punctuated by 3 landings.
A TERRACE WITH A FULL SEA VIEW
On the 1st landing, you are on the private terrace with a full view of the sea and the wild moors.
You live a privileged moment in an exceptional setting.
This terrace has a garden furniture which can welcome 6 guests.
A few steps higher, you are at the entrance of the large gîte.
As in most Breton farmhouses, the rooms of this apartment are arranged lengthwise.
You are at the entrance which leads to a warm and bright living room, thanks to its 4 windows and velux windows.
On the walls, paintings on the marine theme brighten up the room nicely.
You will appreciate the elegance of this room, a place of tranquility and relaxation, with light walls, mansard ceiling with exposed beams, decoration made to emphasize that you are in Brittany, a stone's throw from the sea.
In addition to the terrace, this room is the living room par excellence during your stay.

A COZY LIVING ROOM
Further on is the lounge area. Two mandarin-colored leather sofas, set at an angle, are decorated with comfortable cushions. They face a glass coffee table placed on a soft carpet and in front of a flat screen TV and a HIFI system.

The mattress is recent and of hotel quality.
The master bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate your baby's bed, which the owners will provide you with free of charge.
TWO ROOMS FOR CHILDREN OR ADOLESCENTS
To the left of the corridor are two small, nicely decorated bedrooms, which are ideal for children or adolescents.
They each have a 90 x 200 bed with bedside table, bedside lamp and a chest of drawers.
The bedding and mattresses are also recent and of hotel quality.
A Cleverly Furnished Shower Room
Finally, there is, on the right of the corridor, a bathroom which is cleverly arranged to give you maximum comfort in a generous space. You have at your disposal a shower equipped with massage jets, a bathroom cabinet with mirror and a solid alder vanity top as well as a sliding cupboard for storing towels.
All bath linen is provided and the thermodynamic water heater, dedicated to the large gîte, has a capacity of 270 liters which is more than enough.
Near the bathroom you will also find an independent WC.
Finally, there is, on the ground floor, the laundry room where various equipment is available to you: iron and ironing board, washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, etc.
