Escape to Dicky Beach, Caloundra one of the most beautiful places on the Sunshine Coast. This two storey home is perfectly positioned in the heart of Dicky Beach only a short walk or drive to shops & pet-friendly cafes, a patrolled surf beach, BBQ area, playground and skate park. Spend the day by the sparkling in ground pool or with some local fish and chips by the beach.
The Space:
The open plan kitchen serves as the hub of the home, overlooking the stunning pool and outside area; perfect for entertaining family after a day at the beach. Fully equipped with modern appliances including stove top, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. All basic condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, paper towels, etc. are all provided!
The living area features a 55inch HD Smart TV, with all the main streaming apps including Netflix, Youtube Premium, Kayo & Stan.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1: 1 x King bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 x Single bed
All bedrooms upstairs are air-conditioned.
Downstairs:
Bedroom 4: 1 x Queen bed with ensuite shower + toilet
Shared space: 1 x Single bed
There is also an extra fold out bed available on request.
All linen for bedding & bathroom is provided and included in the cleaning fee.
Suitable for 9 guests but maximum of 8 adults.
The dedicated workspace is in the shared space downstairs and has a monitor, keyboard and mouse as well as a desk and chair.
Washing machine & dryer available free of use.
The yard is fully fenced so you can be assured the kids and dogs are safe.
Outside pool area has fridge, sink, and Weber BBQ.
2 car space parking in garage available plus drive way + street parking.

The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located close by to restaurants, cafes, a butcher, a bakery, and mini-supermarket and a bottle shop.
The entrance to the patrolled surf beach is only a 10 minute walk away which is located near Dicky Beach Park which includes a skate park, playground, BBQ facilities and public toilets. A great place to have a few drinks and nibbles whilst watching the sun go down.
Dicky Beach Surf Life Saving Club is a great place for a meal or drink.
Thanks to the wonderful Sunshine Coast Coastal Pathway, there are pedestrian and bicycle paths heading both south to Moffat Beach and north to Lake Currumundi and beyond.
Currumundi Lake is a flat ride or walk (approx. 2km) and perfect for kids due to its flat and shallow waters. It is also a great place to fish, kayak and stand-up paddleboards which can be hired on the beachfront.
There are a number of on-leash and off-leash beaches within a short walk away and a off-leash dog park just 200m away. Most of the cafes are pet friendly and the property is fully fenced so now there is no reason to leave your furry family members behind when you go on holidays.
Getting Around:
Walk, ride, drive, bus, uber.. the choice is yours! Plenty of public transport available and lots of beautiful paths and tracks for walking or riding.
Regular buses go to Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast University Hospital and Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre.
Approx 1hr 10mins to Brisbane Airport
Approx 40 mins to Maroochydore Airport

No shoes inside the home. Shoe rack near front door. No glass in the pool house.
