"Villa Le Nautilus" is a large detached "Pipi Langkous" house on the Normandy coast for max 7 (+ 1 baby) people. The sea is 150 meters away and can really be seen, heard and experienced from the garden.
Less than 5 hours away (from Utrecht) you are in Mesnil-Val in Normandy, a completely different environment with the highest chalk cliffs on the French coast. It is located just below picturesque harbor town of Le Tréport (fresh fish every day supplied by local fishermen!) . Our beautiful village has its own beach, with restaurant de la Plage on top. On the beach there is a fenced playground for the little ones, (the beach is guarded in summer), various other restaurants in the immediate vicinity, our own village baker (every day within walking distance get a fresh croissant even on Sundays!), butcher and supermarket. From the villa (and garden of course) has a sea view!Because of the sheltered garden, you can also relax outside.
The living room has an adjoining balcony, and on the 1st floor near the main bedroom is a 2nd balcony.
The garden, which is well maintained with great love, is equipped with a garden table and chairs, hammocks, a BBQ, (where the sun goes down in the evening.) A very popular large (3. 66m) trampoline, a swing, horizontal bar and slide. Various extra garden toys and a wagon are also available in the garage.
Our villa is an old lady, still full of beautiful authentic details: 2 fireplace heaters in the original marble fireplaces, beautiful tiled floors and of course a lovely large garden (1,200 m2) all around and completely walled (children "can't go anywhere" , rest for the parents .. speaks a mother from experience ...), hammocks are present, so that one can admire the sea with a good glass of wine from the hammock, reading lazily.
The modern kitchen with 2 ovens / microwave and dishwasher, is equipped by a cooking fan ... Washing machine for small laundry available, tumble dryer for in the garden.
Three bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and antique furniture, 1 with 2x a single bed ("blue" room) and 1 with a 3x single bed ("pink" room) and 1 baby bed. There is 1 baby chair and 1 "trip trap" chair.
Two luxury bathrooms, one with a "French" bath on legs, luxury sink and bidet, 1 with shower and sink + bidet and another opportunity with an extra shower.
In the villa there is a lot of toys (LEGO and Playmobil), puzzles and games (for every age).
Also Playstation 3 with various games and multiple controlers.
You cannot read our widely acclaimed bookcase!
There is a flat screen TV with Dutch channels and many other international channels, DVD player with more than 200 DVDs for all ages. .Casette / CD player present.
There is free WIFI in the villa.
The villa has been decorated very personally by the owner, creating a warm atmosphere where everyone immediately feels "at home".
Mesnil-Val belongs to the municipality of Criel-sur-Mer, and the distance is, from Utrecht, about 475 km. Ideal distance, for short and long vacations! The area is absolutely beautiful, and there is much to see and do ...
