The house of 120m2 is arranged around a large living room of 50m2 comprising the living room, kitchen and dining room. On the same level there is a bedroom and a shower room with WC.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two mezzanine areas overlooking the living room, which can be used as a play area for children. There is also a shower room with WC on this level. The gite is ideal for one or two families with children (we provide 2 cots, many games for adults and children of all ages).
It is also ideal for a group of friends who wish to get together for parties, skiing or hiking.
ACTIVITIES
There is a wide range of activities to choose from: In the summer you can go for wonderful walks or bike rides, organise horse riding, mountain biking, tree climbing with a zip line and via ferrata, caving, fishing, etc. You can also go swimming at the Aillons swimming pool, at the Lescheraines leisure centre or at the Mottets leisure centre in Bourget du Lac or at the La Thuile mountain lake.
In winter, you can go downhill and cross-country skiing, dog sledding, snowshoeing, etc.
In all seasons, you can take a relaxing break at the thermal baths of Challes-les-eaux or Aix-les-Bains with the benefits of spas, massages and other relaxing activities.
The little curious ones can make a lot of discoveries at the educational farm of Aillons and at the station of stars of St-François-de-Sales among others.
The tourist office also offers a varied programme of events.
The region is ideal for buying and tasting delicious products from the surrounding farms: cheese, charcuterie de montage, honey and Savoy wines.

1 shower room with WC on the first floor and 1 shower room with WC on the garden level where the washing machine is also located.
