Known as the Surf Coast Walk, you can hike east to Torquay, or west to Bells Beach, taking in breathtaking scenery.
Upon arrival in the lofty foyer, you will instantly feel the extended sense of space offered by this high-quality residence. Characterised by a mix of solid timber finishes, exposed brick and expansive glazing, the light plays on the walls inside from sunrise to sunset, setting a calming and relaxed ambience.
Set beneath spectacular high cathedral ceilings, the kitchen and dining area is the social heart of the home. Key features include quality appliances, electric oven, induction cooking, dishwasher, coffee pod machine and butler’s pantry. Dine at the breakfast bar or 10-seater dining table, with easy flow to a large entertainer’s deck that captures impressive ocean views for the ultimate outdoor BBQ setting. From here, parents can relax and watch the kids in the yard below as they play in the cubby house, sand pit or on the lawn.
Bedrooms and living spaces are cleverly spread out over multiple levels, making it the ideal home for a large family, or 2 families, to holiday together. Serviced by split system air conditioning and hydronic heating throughout, the sunken living room has a cosy wood fire and lounge suites to curl up and watch movies (Smart TV, Netflix connectivity). Another great living area upstairs is furnished with comfy couches and a Smart TV, plus an upper deck to enjoy those ocean views!
The layout accommodates 9 guests in 4 bedrooms, all with hydronic heating and beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels (please BYO beach towels). The Queen size master is on the main level and has a large ensuite with a bath tub, and private external courtyard. This level also has a bedroom with King Single Bunk beds (Single trundle bed available by request for extra linen fee), and a powder room. Bedrooms 3 and 4 (Queen and Double bed) are located on the top level along with a central bathroom (bath, shower, separate toilet). The laundry has a washing machine.

Driveway parking (no garage), plus free street parking. Bus service operates nearby, with numbers 50 and 51 taking you to the Gilbert St shopping precinct.
Our beach house is within walking/riding distance to playgrounds, reserves, shops and beaches.
Buses to and from Torquay / Geelong.
Closest train station 25km away (Marshall station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Jan Juc is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
