DeAurora Cottage is nestled in beautiful Wattle Flat in Hepburn Shire, five minutes from Creswick, 15 minutes from Ballarat and 20 minutes from Daylesford.

DeAurora Cottage is nestled in beautiful Wattle Flat in Hepburn Shire, five minutes from Creswick, 15 minutes from Ballarat and 20 minutes from Daylesford. This farm stay cottage is hidden away amongst 8 hectares of tall gums. The peace and tranquillity of this home is what you’ve been looking for in your time away from Melbourne’s
hustle and bustle.

Creswick offers a number of natural attractions and outdoor opportunities for visitors to the area. It is set within an attractive forested area where you can enjoy bushwalking and incredible scenic drives through the extensive Creswick Regional Park.

Be pampered with our own quality bathroom skin care product range. We also have our mineral rich bore water deep from the underground. Enjoy an evening around the fire pit and trails around the bush. Plan a family picnic in the picturesque vineyard and discover the childhood fairy garden and the enormous hollow tree.

If you want an unforgettable outdoor hot tub experience, soak in our wood fire hot tub will be the way to go. Pick up the logs from the woods and light up your own hot tub would be exciting. (Booking is required)

We have an amazing fire pit and outdoor BBQ to enjoy at your convenience. Our living room has an ample three-seater sofa, two armchairs and coffee table. No need for a TV, when there's so much to do and enjoy. Getting away from Melbourne looks more attractive as soon as you enter the area.
Please note the use of fire pit requires consent for the host due to bush fire season and total fire ban restriction.
Guest access
Feel free to walk about the property, there is plenty of space to explore and room to park your car on your arrival. Please note we do not have full size kitchen, but kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave and electric fry pan are provided. Wi-Fi access is only available in certain areas on the property. Wood fire Hot Tub costs additional $30 to book, please contact us for the hot tub booking on the day you make the booking to ensure access to this facility. (Wood Fire Hot Tub will be cleaned, filled and heated each booking by our caretaker for your use).
Other things to note
The outdoor facilities including fire pits (we have 2 fire pits on site), BBQ are shared with other guests who check-in into other cottages, please do not book if you are not comfortable with it.

This 2 Schlafzimmer Haus provides accommodation with Fernseher, Kinderfreundlich, Küche, for your convenience. This Haus features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group.
