5 Schlafzimmer Haus in Daytona Beach
Daytona Beach home centrally located 5 bedroom house in gated community with large private in-ground pool and hot tub with waterfall, screened in area with eating and lounge spaces, a KIDS PLAY SET in the pool screening AND A GAME ROOM INSIDE! Home is in a private , well kept, gated community located right on the canal! Close to shopping, dining, and all the local attractions like the speedway! No loud motorcycles or cars allowed. This is a QUIET gated neighborhood.
We have big discounts for Veterans, foster families, first responders, teachers, missionaries, church groups, parents of special needs or terminally ill children and more.
We report check/cashier check scams.
NO OUTSIDE GUESTS, NO EVENTS.
Only persons on the reservation may visit or stay. Guests have to be registered with front gate with State ID required. :)
NO trailers or work vehicles, no pets, no parties, no smoking!

The below rules were caused by previous guests.
1. No trailers and no business signs on vehicles, the fine for parking such is $200 per day. This is against HOA rules.
2.NO pets are allowed, please contact us FIRST if you have a registered service animal.
We have a family member with asthma and major cat and dog allergies and if you bring an animal we will add the EXTRA cleaning fee of **$1575** to cover the fees for:
*laundry company to wash the couch cushions and all the soft items, pillows, linens, cushions and curtains
*the carpet cleaning for the living rooms and rugs
* the deep clean by the cleaners
* may be other $ claims for damage
PETS WILL BE VERIFIED VIA CAMERAS AT THE DOORS EXTERIOR. If you bring an unauthorized pet(S) we will file the claim for above and you may be asked to leave again on check-in day.
3. When you leave you do not need to make or strips beds or vacuum or anything like that!
Please load your last dishes in the machine and throw away any trash. :)
If you have wet towels please leave those in tubs or sinks or hanging up outside but not on floors.
Please be sure to put games, items, and furniture back and lock any doors/windows back again.
4. Please be respectful of our hard working cleaning crews and our family and do not leave dishes everywhere and throw down trash around the house and yard.
5. No furniture or mattress should be moved, or bedding removed, from its own room please! $100 fee (minimum) if we have to have cleaners or helpers moving furniture.
6. No smoking of any kind or anything- the guest who reserves the home will incur an extra fee for the smoker of *at least $350* cleaning and airing fee (or more if the next reservation has to be cancelled for cleaning.)
7. Parties will be reported. Parties will result in eviction at any hour of the guests without refund and $2500 minimum fee for damages, cleaning and eviction services. Quiet hours are 10pm to 9 am please. This is a 24 hour guarded gated community. Thank you!
