The nearby public transport (bus and train) allow convenient connections to the Rho Fair and Milan city center.
While the nearby Arluno motorway access and the main state roads give the possibility to quickly reach the Malpensa airport, the lakes area of Como and Maggiore, and Switzerland at the border of Chiasso.
The 100sqm interior space is very bright. Furnished and designed to be comfortable in a simple and pleasant style.
The inner courtyard allows the parking of two cars or Van / Camper, and the independent access to the apartment is a few meters via 5 steps.
