Our beautiful wooden interior boasts high vaulted ceilings with grand windows allowing in tons of beautiful natural light. Sleeping 8 comfortably within 3 bedrooms (4 beds total), this is the perfect homebase to share quality time with family and feel fully immersed in the outdoors. Have game nights spent inside with an awesome pool table and complimentary board games. Spend your mornings with a cup of coffee taking in the peaceful atmosphere on the wrap around deck (with gorgeous 360 views!), or inside by the grand fireplace. Our home is a really great place for families.
While our gorgeous home is tucked away into a lush forest, there’s an abundance of different outdoor activity and in town activity nearby from all different locations, including many hiking trails, roads to bring your ATV’s, cross country skiing in the winter, snowshoeing, and access to the San Juan National Forest right behind our house. For some in town entertainment, you’ll enjoy being only 35-40 miles away from Pagosa Springs and Durango; these cute little western themed towns have shopping, great food, and 2 different ski areas! The town of Arboles is also nearby (35 min drive), with even more options to see Colorado's natural artistry, like Navajo Park and many large fishing locations!

-Because the home is located deep into the forest, please be aware of the wildlife common around the area. Animals may include elk, deer, bears, and mountain lions.
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
