When it comes to outdoor living, this splendid duplex boasts a beautiful new pool and cabana right beyond the shaded area of the deck. Grab your suit, towel, and sunscreen and get ready for a refreshing evening in the pool, or gather in the cabana for a delicious evening drink. A large and fantastically appointed deck in front of the cabana provides you with sweeping ocean views that are simply picture-perfect. Treat your loved ones to delicious grilled meals using the provided gas grill. The gorgeous cabana enjoys a gas fireplace and a bar area, perfect for unwinding after a fun day in the sun.
When you enter this family-friendly home, a spacious great room will greet you. The living area enjoys two large smart TVs with streaming, a sitting area, and a gas fireplace. Slider doors take you out to the pool deck, so inside and outside living is really easy here.
