The custom home is on a spacious and beautiful open space with grand mountain views! You will love the open space to cross country ski out the back door or walk on many of the trails in Solar Ranches or Cottonwood Park.
This custom southwest style home has been revered by guests as one ofbthe top location and beautiiful hones in Rudgway town.
All the conveniences you need and is very comfortable. (Internet and cable TV, infloor heating).
The entry foyer has high ceilings with plants cascading down and a marketplace atmosphere with a saltillo tile roof accent. Sitting benches to hang out in thetall ceiling great room space as well.
The upstairs master bedroom is oversized with a King size bed, LED fireplace, grand views and a walk out deck. Master bath has a two person jacuzzi tub and shower with travertine heated flooring.
Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with a door access to a bathroom with a shower.
Another room is upstairs next to master that has a queen bed and views of the mountains with a LED fireplace.
The kitchen is equipped with all the modern conveniences and sitting at the the table one can enjoy Cimarron and Ouray views.
While cooking, open concept of an opening in the wall looks into the living/TV room for viewing TV while you prepare food.
The view out the kitchen sink window has great views of Courthouse and the Cimarron looking out to a small pond and fountain.
The living room is very comfortable with a big wrap around couch and two recliner chairs to enjoy the views or for TV viewing and has a beehive woodburning fireplace.
There are two outdoor decks, one covered on the ground floor with an outdoor kitchen and lots of comfy chairs to enjoy the mountain views and BBQ.
