**Let's move on to the inside of the house, which is built on two levels with the following floor plan:**
** On the upper level, the nigh time/sleeping area, with:**
- A first bedroom suite with a double bed, a TV, a closet/dressing, a shower room and toilets.
- A second bedroom with a double bed, a TV and a closet/dressing.
- A third bedroom with two single beds and a closet/dressing.
- A fourth bedroom, the master bedroom suite, with a king size bed, a closet dressing and a full bathroom with shower, tub and Japanese toilets.
**On the first floor, the day living area, with:**
- A huge living room/lounge with sofa, smart TV and coffee table.
- A large dining area with dining table that can fit 10 to 12 people.
- An open-floor kitchen with central island, well equipped with all you will need during your stay.
- A laundry room and separate toilets.

**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**
In addition to being less than 15 minutes away by car from the beaches of Mandelieu, as well as its center of town with restaurants, shops, and other points of interest, you will be able to pick any other famous destination within a short drive, such as:
- The towns of Cannes, Golfe-Juan or Juan-Les-Pins, within 25 to 30 minutes, to explore their fine sand beaches, unique restaurants, famous spots and exciting activities.
- The coastal highway access ramp, within a couple of minutes, will allow you to visit other famous cities on the Riviera such as:
- Antibes (30 to 35 minutes away), to enjoy its historic center of town, its beaches or its Marineland aquatic park where you can say hello to the killer whales.
- Nice (40 to 45 minutes away) to go walk along the famous Promenade des Anglais.
- Or even Monaco (50 to 55 minutes away) to visit its world renown sea museum.
