If you are looking for privacy then you have come to the right place. Total seclusion from the moment you enter the front gate. Once inside you can lock yourself off from the world if you are worried about Covid, or you can take advantage of all this beautiful area has to offer. The choice is yours :-)
All external boundaries are fenced, with additional fencing around the pool. The undercover outdoor room can also be closed off, so if you have pets or children you can choose which areas they can access.
We guarantee you will spend most of your time either in the large covered outdoor room with lounge and dining area, TV and WeberQ BBQ or out on the deck looking over the beautiful waterway.
Please note: Our jetty was washed away in recent floods. It will be replaced but we have been told that due to demand it will be well over 6 months and possibly up to 12 months before it is replaced. If the jetty is of major importance to you, please message so we can confirm the current status.
It is still fine to fish directly from the deck area adjacent to the water.
Only the garages and the small garden shed are not accessible to guests. The tinny tied up at the waters edge IS NOT to be used. The rest of the property is all yours to enjoy.

Swim in the sheltered waters of Tallebudgera Creek and the Currumbin Rock Pools and test your balance kite-surfing or kayaking. Follow the creek inland to explore Cougal Cascades Waterfalls in the ancient Springbrook National Park or throw a fishing line in the Currumbin Creek Estuary at your back door.
Gold Coast Airport is less than 10 minutes drive, and Brisbane Airport less than 1 hours drive.
Cafes & dining options are vast, and there are many within 5 minutes drive. Whatever you desire will be within your reach.
Whether you want to visit the theme parks (about 30 minutes drive), head across the border to check out Northern NSW or stay locally, there are so many options to choose from.

UBER is readily available in the area, should you need transport.
Pets are to be kept outside or in the large outdoor room. The property is fully fenced so they cannot gain access to the roadside, pool area or waterside unless you allow them.
There is an additional fee of $30 payable when pets stay, due to the extra time required for cleaners to vacuum and mop up the hair.
We must be informed if you plan to bring a pet/s as final approval will be based on size and breed of animal/s.
Due to recent internal damage from a dog being locked inside the house, we want to make it clear that if your pet damages anything you will be 100% responsible for full replacement of the damaged item.

* Only booked guests are to be present at the property, unless prior consent has been given by the host
* Be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m.
* Aircon, Fans & Lights MUST be turned off EVERY time you leave the property
* External Lights can be left on if returning after dark
* You will be responsible for the full cost to replace any broken glass panels or windows
* You will be responsible for the full cost of replacement or repairs for any missing items or damage caused both inside and out
* The property is to be left in the state it was when you arrived, other than general cleaning. If you move things around - put them back. All items you have used must be washed, dried and returned to where you found them. Or placed into the dishwasher and be turned on prior to you leaving. Failure to do so could result in additional charges.
* If food items are put into the yellow recycle bin council can refuse to take it away. This means we have to sort through it and separate it. This is unacceptable and if this happens, you will be charged $50 for the inconvenience.
