Located in one of the best areas of Malaga due to location and tranquility, in Villa Palacio Valdés with a maximum capacity of 10 people you will be able to find the mobility and rest you need.
Connected just 10 minutes from the Malaga highway, you will have all the communications at your fingertips, whether by train, plane or car at your fingertips to be able to get to know both the Costa del Sol and the entire Andalusia.
Cubo's Villa Palacio Valdés has a very intimate plot where you can enjoy a cozy lunch on your porch or have a chat with the family. The porch gives entrance to the house with a hall that divides to the left a large living room with a fireplace and large windows that provide very pleasant clarity. To the right of the hall, there is a large room where you can find the kitchen with a small reading area. This room is very bright thanks to its open layout and large windows. This kitchen is equipped with everything you need so you can make your lunches, breakfasts or dinners.
The rooms are distributed in five rooms, one of them on the upper floor or attic with a double bed without air conditioning (it has a fan). The rest of the rooms are distributed on the second floor where two of them have a double bed and the other two single beds. One of the rooms has a crib. All rooms are bright and comfortable.
It also has a tastefully decorated reading room, with air conditioning, flat-screen television and fireplace.
It has a very spacious kitchen, fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, oven and microwave, crockery and cutlery, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, toaster and even a dishwasher! There is also a washing machine and iron available.
You can enjoy the exterior of this accommodation, private and with a very practical and fun barbecue area. In the purest Andalusian style with clay tiles and white walls, a wine barrel as a table and outdoor furniture will make you have very pleasant and enjoyable family gatherings.
While you prepare the barbecue you can keep an eye on the little ones, who will surely enjoy the pool.
The pool is private and is accompanied by sun loungers (only two) and umbrellas. Outside the house there are many comfortable and shady places to sit, surrounded by flowers and plants. There is also a basketball court for children and a barbecue area.
