The entire 3,200 sqft house has air-conditioning throughout, 3 full kitchens, 2 BBQ’s, fire pit on the ground level & views from every floor. This home has everything you need for your stay in Mission Beach!
GROUND LEVEL (family room, kitchen, 1br + ensuite ba, sleeping nook, 1 hall ba)
Step right off the boardwalk into your private outdoor patio space fully equipped with BBQ & seating for the whole group, modern firepit with the ocean backdrop behind, & two outdoor showers to rinse off all that sand. The sliding glass patio doors open to allow the outdoor patio to flow seamlessly into one of the main living spaces of the home. On the interior of this level you have a full sized gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, living space equipped with SMART TV, one full bath, & one bedroom with queen sized bed & ensuite bathroom. In addition, there is a twin sized sleeping nook great for young children! There are two sets of washers & dryers on this level one in the hallway & the other in the attached two car garage.
SECOND LEVEL (great room, kitchen, 4br + 5ba)
On the second level of the home is where you will find the premiere ocean front primary suite. This primary suite takes full advantage of the ocean views with a shower/tub combo that allows you to take in the views from there. Electronic shades allow you to raise & lower them all from the convenience of your bed. Wake up to the sunrise & fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves. This second floor is home to another living area for guests to gather, a full kitchen, wet bar, & three additional bedrooms all with ensuite baths.
THIRD LEVEL (family room, kitchen, 2br + 2ba)
To gain access to the third level, you must utilize the outdoor staircase as there is no interior staircase to the third floor. Just like the others, this third floor offers a full sized gourmet kitchen & breakfast bar, living room with fireplace & mounted SMART TV all looking out at the white ocean waves. Sliding glass patio doors open to allow the ocean breeze through. Also on this level are 2 br’s equipped with their own TV’s & ensuite baths.
FOURTH LEVEL ROOFTOP DECK
Wait there’s more! Take yourself up to the rooftop deck for sweeping ocean views from Ocean Beach to La Jolla. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise or take a dip in the hot tub & watch the sun slip below the horizon for breathtaking sunset views. There is ample seating to sunbathe & get some rays & enjoy some grilling from our fully equipped BBQ & wet bar.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras: A beach-facing camera monitors people coming in through the beach access gate. A side-facing camera is in the front, monitoring the left corner and wall. Back camera facing the alley.
