This bright retreat offers the quintessential Rogers experience. Its prime location allows you to explore all Northwest Arkansas offers, including an abundance of biking/hiking trails. This property backs right up to popular Lake Atalanta, with trail access on site. Creekside Cottage is also just minutes from Prairie Creek Marina at Beaver Lake.
The homeowners have poured their heart and soul into the small details within this home and the fun outdoor spaces to create a second home for guests.
This large cottage has two dedicated living spaces and separate exterior entrances which makes this perfect for a variety of groups. Everyone can gather on either side of the house or on the large deck around the pool, then retreat to the privacy of separate living and sleeping areas.
What We Love

The hot tub, pool, and covered deck, there are comfy loungers, a huge BBQ grill - with propane stocked, a large smart TV, blue tooth speaker, fridge, and fun LED lights in our outdoor space for your hangouts.
Roast marshmallows by the Solo stove, conveniently located on the deck.
Wildlife sightings! Deer, turtles, and beavers all call this creek-side oasis home.
There are great quality beds, cozy bedding, and fluffy towels.
Extra kitchen essentials and a full spice rack for the chef in your group.
The wide open spaces! The kids will love exploring the 6+ acre property.
LOCATION! Literally walk or bike from the property to Lake Atalanta. Five minutes from downtown Rogers and five minutes from Prairie Creek Marina!

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pool is closed from October 16 until mid-April.
