We are located just two blocks from Walla Walla University and less than 2.5 miles from downtown Walla Walla. Very short drives to the Walla Walla Regional Airport, Bennington Lake, Whitman College, Walla Walla Community College and downtown.
Conveniences include high-speed wifi and a flatscreen TV, as well as a brand-new bathroom. This is a renovated basement studio apartment with a private entrance.
This space is simple and should cover all your needs. A flatscreen TV with a Roku and a comfy loveseat compliment the new, soft, king-size bed. You will have full control over the apartment's heat/AC unit. The kitchen is equipped with a freezer/fridge, microwave, stovetop, and oven. A Keurig with complimentary coffee is provided. Some card and board games available. Plenty of free street parking is available.
The area is fully cleaned between visitors!

***There is low clearance in areas of the apartment. It is important that individuals over 5'8" beware and accept this prior to booking.***
-Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. Please provide the names and/or Airbnb profiles when booking. We reserve the right to require ID verification. This means no visitors are permitted at any time who are not registered guests.
-There is no smoking, vaping, burning candles, strong perfumes, or incense. No drugs. No parties. No pets/animals. No illegal activities of any sort.
-Please close and lock all windows and doors when not on the premises.
-Do not set hot items on the quartz counters.
-Please do not flush anything but toilet paper.
-Please do not use metal in non-stick cookware as it can damage them.
-Home is not child-proofed. Children must be supervised at all times and you assume all responsibility for their wellbeing and safety. Not safe for children under 12. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult when on property at all times.
-Please leave apartment in the condition in which you arrived. There is no daily housekeeping service. Fresh towels will be provided for extended stays. Please wash all dishes used during your stay. Please do not remove items from the premises.
-Our address may not be used to receive any mail or packages or post of any sort for guests.
-We have outdoor security cameras on the premises.
-We wash the linen, towels, rugs, and duvet cover after each guest.
-Please let us know if you have significant allergies to any substance prior to requesting a reservation. We strive to use natural cleaning supplies as much as possible and keep the space low-fragrance. The space is thoroughly and regularly cleaned but we cannot guarantee it is allergen-free.
-Entrepreneurial/business activities including photography, filming, having clients/colleagues over is not permitted.
-If there is any issue or anything in need of repair, please notify us immediately. We reserve the right to enter the space in case of an emergency.
-We request common courtesy with noise levels indoors and outdoors.
-We have two dogs who you may see or hear during your stay though they are quiet during normal quiet hours overnight. They are not allowed in the apartment and your entrance to the apartment is kept separate from the rest of the yard where they may be.
-This space has stairs to enter/exit and has a gravel pathway leading to the entrance. This is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
