Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 5 minutes to downtown Senoia where guests can go on Walking Dead and movie tours, shop at cute boutiques, dine at a variety of restaurants, get cold treats at the Beez Freez, and have a drink at one of our 2 breweries. Only 20 minutes to Peachtree City & Newnan & only 45 to Atlanta.
Walk in through French doors to a studio suite equipped w/queen bed & 2 chairs that can be used to lounge and/or convert to twin beds. Night stands and lamps with phone charging capability. 65" tv with cable and all the apps for streaming. Free wifi. Keurig, microwave, mini fridge & freezer. Computer station with printer. Brand new tile bathroom. Includes shower w/ rain showerhead and hand held sprayer, toilet w/bidet, full length mirror, bench, large closet for storage and hanging clothing.
Private entrance to suite w/ code lock. Outside you'll have access to a screened porch, large patio with fire pit, large fenced back yard, and small basketball court. Free parking for up to 2 cars on site.
The property is close to attractions such as the Walking Dead Museum, Senoia Raceway, Elders Mill Waterfall, the golf cart paths in Peachtree City, the Fun Spot, and Callaways Gardens.
There is not a full kitchen in the suite. There is a refrigerator with a small freezer, microwave, and Keurig. We provide supplies for tea and coffee. We also provide some disposal supplies like cups, silverware, plates, and napkins for your use.
For the bathroom, we provide toilet paper, a small shampoo, conditioner, bar of soap, and body wash. Towels and washcloths are also provided.
Extra linens and pillows for the convertible chairs are provided. These are big enough for a child or small adult to sleep comfortably.
There are multiple sit-down restaurants downtown and around Senoia. Publix, McDonalds, Chick Fil A, Dunkin', Pizza Hut, and Jersey Mikes are also within minutes of the suite. Grubhub also delivers from some select restaurants.
We also have a rental vehicle (2024 Kia Seltos) listed on Turo that is at the same address as the suite. If you message me with interest in doing both, we will offer a combo-rate. I can send you the link via direct message.
One pet is allowed with the payment of the pet fee. Pets are not allowed on the bed or chairs. You are responsible for cleaning up your pets waste in the yard or neighborhood. We do not provide any pet supplies. Damage fees or additional cleaning fees will be assessed if necessary.
Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside the suite. Smoking is allowed outside as long as butts, etc. are placed in the garbage. Marijuana and other illegal drugs are not allowed in or on the property. If any guest is found to have these, they will be asked to leave with no refund. If a guest smokes in the suite or leaves butts on the property, an additional fee of $150 will be charged.
There are no events allowed at this property. Only paying guests are welcome on the property -- limited to 4 total guests.
MAXIMUM STAY: 28 days. We require a a cleaning of the suite every 2 weeks. If you book a stay of longer than 2 weeks, you will be charged an extra $50 cleaning fee.
You will not be required to interact personally with me. I will provide a code to enter the suite that you can use on arrival. However, if there are any issues, I will be available during your entire stay.
