We want to ensure your stay at our property is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. With that in mind, we would like to inform you of some important fees and policies to be aware of.
BBQ Fee: We offer the option of using our BBQ for a fee of $50.00, which includes the cost of cleaning it after use and propane tank.
We love our furry friends, and we know you do too. If you plan to bring your pet with you, we ask that you please let us know in advance and a fee of $50 per stay will be applied to your booking to cover additional cleaning costs.
Early Check-in: We are happy to provide a 1-hour courtesy for early check-in if the property is available. If you need to arrive earlier than that, please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Late Check-out: Similarly, we offer a 1-hour courtesy for late check-out. Any additional time beyond that will incur a fee of $50 per hour, up to a maximum of 2 hours after the designated check-out time. Any extra time beyond that will be charged an additional night's stay.
Pack and play and high chair: We are pleased to provide a pack and play and high chair for families with young children at no extra cost. Please make sure to request these items at least 48 hours before your arrival.
Baby crib fee: If you require a baby crib, we are happy to provide one for free. Please request in advance so we can have it set up for your stay. Second crib will have a fee of $75.
Free Parking: We offer free parking for up to 4 cars on the property. If you plan to bring additional vehicles, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements. Please note that if you park on the street and violate any city regulations, your vehicle may be towed at your own expense.

House rules
1. No parties or events allowed in property. Unauthorized parties will be immediately terminated and will be fined up to $500 for breaking rules. Your reservation may be terminated early with no refunds.
*** Pool Hours: 9:00 am - 10:00 PM - After that time we please ask to be inside in order to respect neighbors privacy.
2. Do not use bath towels to remove makeup or clean floors. Excessive damage of towels will be charged a fee.
3. No fee for BBQ. Just make sure to clean the BBQ after every use.
4. Avoid eating in the rooms to avoid stain in beds and comforters.
5. If you are planning on using the sofa bed please let us know in advance so that we can arrange the correct amount of bedding needed.
6. No smoking of any kind inside the house. Any smell of smoke inside the house a fee of $750 will be charged to your stay.
7. We are not responsible for any guest that gets injured by not following house rules such as, running around pool, diving, horse playing, etc.
8. Make sure to not leave doors open while you are outside in order to maintain A/C cool inside.
9. Do Not flush paper, towel paper, feminine products, toys or any kind of trash on toilet to avoid clog drains.
10. Turn off fans, lights and electronics when no one is using them.
11. No weapons or drugs allowed on the property.
12. Keep the house the best you can. Please be understanding of any wear and tear; we're here to addressanyconcerns.
13. Property is in Florida with warmer climate and is closer to the water. We cannot guarantee that you will not see insects duringyourstay.
14. There are outdoor cameras in order to prevent wrongful parking, extra guests and excessive noise. Our team is monitoring all cameras to prevent unauthorized parties and any type of event that will put in danger our neighborhood. Tampering with the cameras without our permission is breaking the house rules, and can be subject to a fine or termination of the stay.
