3 Schlafzimmer Hütte in Livingston Manor
Located 2hrs from NYC, 7mins from Livingston Manor and close to Belleayre and Plattekill ski mountains. Sat atop a mountain, with 5 acres that sweep away from the property revealing stunning long distance views. Beautiful light and picture windows throughout - comprising of a front room with fireplace, full kitchen, lounge, dining area, master bedroom, 1 large guest room, office / single bedroom, 2 bathrooms and huge covered back porch + a full home gym complete with Peloton bike and tread.
The space:
The property has just undergone a renovation with new cladding, large picture windows and tasteful interior decoration throughout.
The front room consists of a large couch and working fire place, as well as coat and boot storage.
The front room opens to a large kitchen with island, that consists of a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven, gas cooktop, extractor fan and huge pantry. The kitchen has a huge picture window and stunning views of the mountains in the distance. Fully stocked with all cooking essentials, inc coffee maker, toaster and microwave.
There's an open plan dining area with sliding doors that open out to the huge rear patio. The table comfortably seats 6.
The lounge is just off the dining area and comprises of two large couches, a rocking chair, a large 4K Sony Smart TV and Sonos Beam sound-bar.
Down the hallway is the laundry room with a new Samsung washer and dryer.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and large closet.
There's a family bathroom with bath / shower, toilet, faucet and storage.
The 3rd bedroom is predominantly used as a home office, with a loveseat (opens to single bed), desk, desk chair and Apple monitor, Apple keyboard and Apple mouse. There is also a wireless printer. The stunning views from the office make working from 'home' a pleasure.
The master has a King bed, dresser and large closet - it also features an en-suite bathroom with toilet, large shower, faucet and vanity. This is currently being refurbished - hence no pictures! The views from the bathroom are out to the mountains.
Finally, there is a large finished basement where we've added a home gym - the gym has full body mirrors, rubber flooring, adjustable weight bench, free weights (light to v. heavy), yoga mats, a Peloton bike and the Peloton Tread Plus. As well as a Sonos sound system. (Again, no pictures as we're just finishing the painting - will be up soon!).
Outside - we have a front porch with seating and huge back porch that looks out to the mountains and the properties 5 acres. The back porch consists of lounge seating, dining seating, a ceiling fan and string lights.
Stepping down from the covered porch is decked area with a large Weber grill (charcoal).
The 5 acres has a lot to offer - a huge open fire-pit and Adirondack chair seating for x 4, mini trails cut into the meadow and down into the forest. There's 2 streams that intersect in the forest, as well as blueberry bushes throughout the whole property - if they're ripe, please pick them!
This truly is a special place. We've enjoyed it for the last 18 months, and are excited for others to have as special a time as we have had.

Note on the security cameras - these are NOT inside the house, we just have a Ring doorbell camera and security light out back. These aren't monitored by us, but hopefully good for peace of mind!
