• Early Check-in: Due to our cleaning partners needing time to flip the home upside down and clean in between the cracks, early check-ins cannot be guaranteed. We will notify you on the day of your arrival if early check-in is possible if you message us beforehand.
• Parking: The property provides parking for up to eight cars, two boats, or two RVs. No parking on the street.

• Smart TV: There is no premium cable tv. Smart TVs are provided in many rooms and outdoor locations. Log into your favorite TV app to watch Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube, Hulu, etc.
• Swiming: DO NOT swim in Lake Okeechobee as it does have alligators and snakes. Lake Okeechobee is meant for boating, hunting, or fishing.
