The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, off the beaten path, perfect for families, or those that want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, but not a far drive from shopping or entertainment.

The space:
The home features wooden floors, colorful decor, and lots of natural light. There is an abundance of outdoor seating. Catch your dinner in the river, filet it on the outdoor table and sink, and fry it up to golden goodness in the fully accessible kitchen.
There is a large bedroom containing one queen Sleep Number bed, one twin bed, a lighted vanity, a separate bathroom style sink, ample closet space, and also the washer and dryer hidden within the double doors.
The second twin bed is located off of the main living area.
The couch is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa. We request that you use the couch cover to the right of the couch if you are visiting with pets.
There is also a sitting area next to a wood burning fireplace (perfect for reading a book!) and access to a second private deck.
Guest access:
You will have access to the entire main home and deck. There is no guest access to the attached storage building on the deck or locked center storage area at ground level.
PLEASE keep a close eye on young children, or any vulnerable guests on the deck or near the water.
There is a privately owned boat slip that is not owned by the hosts, nor is it accessible for guests of this home.
The boundary lines of the ownership of the yard are within the pink flagged areas.
There is no privacy fencing, so please leash your animals at potty time and do not let them run freely.

This is located on a secluded gravel road parallel to the river off of the beaten path. The neighbors next door are permanent residents of the community, so please respect their privacy, belongings, and the privacy and belongings of any other residents and guests of the community.
