Perfect 3 bedroom townhome across the street from Bretton Woods ski resort and the Mount Washington Hotel and resort. Perfect for two families. Enjoy easy access to the Bretton Woods Ski area or the Omni Mount Washington resort which has wonderful amenities, such as indoor and outdoor pools restaurants, golf courses, equestrian facility, etc. The location is perfectly situated, just 20 minutes from Cannon Mountain and Franconia Notch. Just 30 minutes to Santa’s Village, 5 min from AMC.
The townhome is on the second level, so it has wonderful views of the mountains. As you enter, the mud room offers plenty of space for your gear, and the open floor plan is spacious and well appointed with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom is spacious, followed by a full size bedroom, and a bunkbed room that has 2 full over full beds and 1 pull out twin. Easy for 5 children.
Other things to note:
The Stickney Circle Town Homes are a wonderful family area. Enjoy easy access to the Bretton Woods Ski area or the Omni Mt Washington Resort next door. The Resort is an absolutely amazing place that you will surly fall in love with. They have numerous activities for kids, a game room, multiple restaurants, and breath taking views for you to relax with your favorite cocktail. There is also a great swimming hole on the river just a mile west on rt 302.

The townhome comes loaded with everything you will need for a great stay, towels, kitchen where, grill utensils, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soaps at each sink, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand towels, washing mashing detergent and dryer sheets. We do not offer personal soaps, shampoos, or hygiene products.
*The unit has brand new big flat screen tv's with wi-fi capability and youtube tv entertainment packages.
*The sofas's have slip covers that are change are each use.
*There is a rechargeable light weight vacuum on the main level for guest to use and keep the townhome tidy.
****PLEASE NOTE: This townhome is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially QUIET HOURS (10 pm - 8 am), PARKING LIMITATIONS (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no TRASH left outside must be followed. Overflow parking is a 2 minute walk. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. Thank you for helping make sure that short term rentals remain a privilege all of our guests can enjoy*****
House Rules:
-Check-in: Anytime after 4PM unless otherwise authorized
-Checkout is 10:30 am - Unauthorized late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee
-The number of people in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-Quiet Hours 10 pm - 8 am; $100 fee will be imposed for violations
-At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to others.
-3 car maximum; $100 fee per vehicle will be imposed for violations
-Groups with more than 2 vehicles or trailers are required to utilize overflow parking.
-Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously.
-No smoking inside the unit or within 15 ft of the unit; $250 fee for violation
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations
-No fire pits or other open flame except for propane grills. $250 fee for violation.
-No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations
-Dogs (2 dogs max) subject to $100 per pet fee. Dogs that may bark cannot be left alone inside the unit unattended. They are not allowed on the furniture. If there is excessive dog hair found on the furniture or carpets, a $75 will be added. No other pets allowed. Unauthorized pets subject to $300 fee and immediate removal from unit.
*Dishes are to be cleaned and put away, or at the very least put in the dishwasher and run on a cycle prior to check out.
*Trash and recycling must be separated and brought the the trash & recycling station at the Bretton Woods Ski Resort. It is located behind the first building on the right as you pull into the skit resort clearly marked with signs. The is very important, trash or food cannot be left outside at any time because of wildlife. In particular, bears.
*There is a brand new grill on the deck for guest to use, however it must be cleaned after use so it does not attract wildlife(there are a lot of black bears in the area.) If the cleaning team finds a grill not cleaned and covered in leftover food, a $100 fee will be added.
