Free, open gated parking. Details will be provided on community access before arrival. Guests will receive a code that allows entry into the unit. The code will allow access to the unit during the stay only and will change after every stay is completed.

HOUSE RULES: Remember this is an apartment. Please treat it how you would your own home. We understand accidents can happen! Please just communicate any mishaps, broken dishes, furniture, stained sheets, rugs, etc so that we can address them right away and still give you a great review! Any needed repairs or replacements will result in extra fees but can be easily addressed while maintaining a great review. These guidelines are enforced to maintain the health, safety, and security of our guests and neighbors. The exterior of the property is monitored with security cameras so please be mindful to comply with the following:
1. No parties or anyone allowed on the property other than the registered guests. Additional guests may be allowed within reason, but will first need to be approved by us, otherwise, a fine of $200 will be applied.
2. No smoking or vaping of ANY kind allowed inside.
3. Any stained sheets or towels will result in a fine of $30 per item. We have dark-colored wash cloths for anyone cleaning their face of makeup, etc. Please do not use white towels to clean anything that may stain them.
4. Please be respectful upon your departure that the dirty dishes are loaded in the dishwasher and the trash is bagged. You may leave the used sheets and towels on the beds. Any additional mess left behind will result in a fine of $75.
5. Please do not move any of the furniture and be respectful of the space as it was thoughtfully designed for your best experience. You may move around the chairs outside but be sure to put them back where you found them before you leave. You can look at the listing pics for their original location if needed.
