The renovations on this very comfortable and cozy studio apartment were completed last fall 2023. Excellent location - approximately 100' only to the beautiful white sands of Treasure Island Beach! Close proximity to famous John's Pass. Take a trolley ride up and down Gulf Boulevard to discover the many unique shops, restaurants and cafes.
Our NamaStay Beach rental studio apartment, located close to the world famous Treasure Island beaches, includes a fully equipped kitchen and one full bathroom - shower only. It is completely furnished and equipped including wifi, smart tv, linens, towels and toiletries. Lovely shared sunny courtyard situated in front of the unit with an outdoor shower, barbecue and coin operated laundry machines. There is a covered area with table and chairs to enjoy outdoor dining or game night under the stars. Walk to the beautiful Treasure Island Beaches located a mere thousand steps away depending on the tide. At the other end of 119th Ave. is the canal and a boat launch and seating area. You're welcome to fish from this scenic spot. As mentioned, many nearby amenities including Publix Grocery Store, shops, cafes, candy store, ice cream shop, hotels, restaurants, gym, bank, Historic John's Pass with its many tourist and souvenir stores and restaurants, the beach trolley runs regulary along Gulf Blvd,, weekly Farmers Market with unique finds, the Shell Shop and more.
This property is located on a short, quiet street (119th Ave. Treasure Island, FL. 33706) with a canal at one end of the street for fishing and relaxing by the water and at the other end the convenience of Gulf Blvd. and the many amenities including the proximity to the beach. Outdoor parking included for one vehicle.
Approximately twenty-five minutes from the Tampa International Airport and the St. Petersburg Clearwater Airport.
