Main level boasts a large great room with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, a dining area and windows galore to soak in the views. The chef’s kitchen with island, granite countertops, high quality stainless appliances including a Wolf gas stove and all of the kitchen essentials make preparing meals a joy. Walk out onto the covered sunlit deck for your morning coffee and take in the scenery as you watch the boats sail past Saltspring Island.
Master Bedroom: This main-level master offers a luxurious king-size bed and carpeted floor, with a large picture window that offers a beautiful view upon waking. The stunning 4-piece ensuite has an enclosed walk-in shower and soaker tub for ultimate relaxation.
The 2nd level offers 3 large carpeted bedrooms (2 with queens and 1 with a double) flooded with light and ocean views. A cozy reading nook on the landing and full bathroom with tub/shower complete the space.
Office/Den: This flexible space allows you to work remotely if needed, watch the big game on the 58” TV or send the kids in to be entertained while the adults enjoy the main living area. (Single mattress available upon request if alternate sleeping arrangement desired.) Additional 2-piece bathroom on main floor with washer and dryer for guest use.
Outdoor space: walk from the kitchen to the cement patio towards the grape vine covered pergola with patio lights and large dining table. Fire up the BBQ to create memorable summertime feasts. Rock wall and garden knoll allows for privacy from neighbors. Grassed lawn area is bathed in afternoon sunlight and has ample space for epic family badminton or bocce tournaments. In the evening, enjoy a cup of cocoa around the fire table as you gaze at the stars.
Game room / Workout space: Play, exercise or relax in the large finished double garage featuring a ping pong table and electronic dart board.
