The open first floor of the main house with a large Cotuit Bay facing deck and sunroom accessible via multiple French doors makes the large space feel bright and welcoming. It creates a perfect spot for entertaining. Prepare full-course dinners in the well-equipped sunlit main kitchen. Dine at the island (seating for 4), at the gorgeous farmers table (seating for 8), or venture outside to enjoy the salty air and dine alfresco in the screened in sunroom. The main house features a second kitchen just past the living space, ideal for prepping or just for additional storage or counter space. The wet bar is ideally located between the open entertaining space and the cozy sitting/TV room and second kitchen. Don't overlook the sunroom just off this space, perfect for a quiet afternoon read or nap. The four upstairs bedrooms are separated (2 on one end of the house, two on the opposite) by the stunning vaulted ceilings creating natural privacy.
