Plenty of room for your group.
8 twin beds and 1 queen.
Upstairs are 2 rooms with 2 twins and 2 rooms with 1 twin and a full bathroom with an extra shower room.
Downstairs is Living Room with a TV, 2 couches and a recliner. Just off the Living Room is an extension of that room with a table and 4 chairs plus a reading chair.
That leads in the Dining room with seating for 6 at the table and a counter with 4 more chairs that looks into the fully stocked kitchen complete with dishes, cookware, appliances, cutlery. Grills and an amazing deck to watch wildlife and sunsets.
Off the Kitchen is another full bathroom and the laundry room with washer and dryer.
The Basement has a full bathroom another laundry room with a washer and dryer and some game room fun, a pool table and card table set up with a Queen bed and 2 more twins.
This room is perfect for travel with a group and a set of children with their parents.
Plenty of parking for vehicles as well as boats if you brought that along.
Horse trailers have great access as well.
Fenced in space on the property for animals when you need to tend to them.
Trails and fields for horses to be exercised.
No animals in the house.
We have kennels to rent if pre-arranged.
