It has had extensive modern updates, but has still retained some original features, such as the oak flooring. Downstairs has a living room with an open fire, fitted kitchen with a dining area. The first floor has two super king-size bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and WC, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. On the second floor there is a king-size bedroom. There are two separate family shower rooms and WC. Outside has a rear enclosed garden area with a stone patio and furniture provided. Inside there is a games room, complete with a pool table and a dart board. There is ample off street parking and is the property is located close to a train station. Cotswold House is the ideal property for friend and family celebrations. One pet welcome at a charge of £100 per pet.
