Cookie's Place is conveniently located right off of Nelson 151 and features a large, gated pool, mountain views, and three bedrooms that sleep 6, plus two living areas. Enjoy the covered outdoor dining area with string lights, grill, and plenty of seating for your entire group. When you're done lounging by the pool, grab a drink or bite to eat at any of the 151 breweries or vineyards located just 5 to 10 minutes from the house.

LIVING ROOM - Large sectional (seats 4-5 comfortably), smart TV (please login to your own streaming platforms), armchair, ottoman, bar top table with seating for 4 (additional chairs are in basement, if needed).
KITCHEN - Fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances - please note that that the oven/range is gas, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee pot, Keurig (Coffee grounds are provided, but K Cups are not), Bose wireless speaker.
BEDROOM 1 - Full bed, nightstand with lamp on each side, WFH space with desk and chair.
BEDROOM 2 - Queen bed, nightstand with lamp on each side, dresser, and smart TV.
FULL BATH 1 - Large sink vanity with storage, shower/bath tub combination.
BEDROOM 3 - King bed, nightstand with lamp on each side, large mirror, vanity with makeup mirror.
MASTER BATH - Sink, shower/bath combination (please note that there is step up to this shower).
BASEMENT - Smart TV, large, over-sized lounging sofas, coffee table, games and puzzles, ping pong table, and additional bar seats for table upstairs. Plus laundry machines.
PATIO - Large covered patio with string lights, patio furniture, hanging swing, outdoor dining table for 6, propane grill (please note that you should bring your own propane to ensure that you have a full tank!).

POOL - Open Memorial Day to Labor Day, unless otherwise advised. Gated pool area with in ground pool (14 x 32 feet). The pool has a sloped depth with the deepest section at 8.5 feet deep. The pool patio features lounge chairs and umbrellas, plus an outdoor shed with life jackets, floats, and pool noodles.*Please note that the pool area should be locked at all times and children MUST BE SUPERVISED. Pool rules will need to be read before obtaining the lock code to the gated area.
