Relax and reconnect with nature in this charming, well-appointed hideaway, just moments from Red Hill Village and a only short drive to boutique wineries and beaches. Whether youre gathering, unwinding or exploring, Cooinda is the perfect base to enjoy the best of the Mornington Peninsula.
HOUSE FEATURES:
The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, where large windows at either end fill the space with natural light and create a seamless connection to the outdoors. Enjoy the ambience of a cosy wood fire in the cooler months, or open the doors to let in the soft country breeze.
Framed by beautiful gardens, the home offers multiple alfresco spaces perfect for long lunches, sunset drinks or simply relaxing in nature. Families will feel right at home with nearby walking trails, plus a selection of toys, games and books to enjoy.
There are three comfortable bedrooms (two with split-system heating and cooling). The master includes a walk-in robe, ensuite and a desk for those needing a dedicated workspace. The second bedroom opens onto a sunny garden deck with serene viewsan ideal spot for morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. Two spacious bathrooms (one with a bath) and full laundry facilities add to the ease of your stay.
