Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views from the spacious terrace of the penthouse as you sip a cocktail in the Jacuzzi on the terrace. The penthouse is at the top of the hill looking over fantastic views. It is spacious and decorated in a simple contemporary designer style with high quality furnishings.
From the bedroom windows you see a continuation of the beautiful view of the bay. The bed is super king size and very comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows onto the terrace give the apartment a sense of light and space from where you may enjoy mesmerising views of the beautiful Bay of Gulluk.
The kitchen is well equipped (pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle etc.), is fully integrated and has everything you would expect from a modern flat. There is a ceramic state of the art hob with a powerful extractor hood and oven. A dishwasher and washing machine.
The bathroom has a state of the art ceramic suite consisting of twin sinks, bath, shower and a wc with a free standing towel rail and space under the vanity counter for storage of luggage.
Enjoy all your meals on the terrace al fresco and a soak in the Jacuzzi. There are three pools in close proximity that are less than 50 metres from the apartment.

Take the complimentary boat service across the bay to the charming and authentic fishing village of Gulluk (30 minutes by boat), to explore it's bars and restaurants which range form simple ones used by locals to more upmarket ones. Shop at Gulluk market on Thursdays or take a bus to the local village Iasos to explore the ancient Roman ruins and enjoy the delicious succulent sea bream or sea bass in the local restaurants.
